You will be responsible for repairing, preparing and finishing composite components that directly impact performance, reliability and presentation.
This is a hands‑on role where quality matters — but so does speed, adaptability and professionalism.

* Trimming, drilling and finishing components to specification.
* Supporting multiple programmes with differing requirements and timelines.
* Assisting with trackside repairs where required.
* Working closely with mechanics and engineers on fitment and integration.
* Maintaining materials, tools and a clean working environment.
* Supporting development components and special projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong composites experience (motorsport, aerospace or similar).
* High attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Ability to work across multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Calmness and reliability under pressure.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Flexibility to support travel when required.
