You’ll play a key role in developing supplier relationships, driving cost‑saving initiatives, improving supply chain resilience, and supporting long‑term operational success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement category strategies across assigned commodities
* Manage supplier performance, sourcing activity, and long‑term agreements
* Drive cost reduction and supply chain improvement initiatives
* Build supplier resilience and support business continuity planning
* Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams
* Support supplier onboarding and capacity planning
* Ensure supplier compliance with quality, regulatory, and ESG standards
About You
* Proven procurement experience within manufacturing or engineering
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Able to read and understand technical drawings
