We have an opportunity to join our client, a family run business providing a variety of business products. They are looking for an Admin/Customer Service person, working from the office within a small but growing team. This role is ideally suited to someone who is looking for an opportunity to progress into other areas over time, such as sales or purchasing as examples. As well as uploading new customers' details and arranging times and dates of deliveries of the client's products you will get involved in other tasks such as taking inbound calls from customers. The right candidate will have experience in customer service and administration but the right attitude and drive will be the most important aspect. You do not need any formal qualifications to be in Customer Service, your natural people skills and desire to help find the best solution will be the best quality.
