Role - Temporary Administrator
Location - Glasgow (South)
Pay Rate - £12.50
Duration - 4-6 weeks
Hours - 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Office Angels are seeking a dedicated and organised Temporary Administrator to support our client based in the south side of Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering incoming calls
* Chasing outstanding billing information
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Processing documents and ensuring timely submissions
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Experience with Sage Line 50 is a plus but not essential
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
