MinRes is seeking a Rotable Officer to support our mining operations by ensuring the availability and efficient management of critical rotable (repairable) components.
About the Role
* Manage end‑to‑end processes for rotable and exchange components
* Coordinate repairs, supplier returns, and warranty/credit claims
* Investigate back freight returns and oversee inventory of unserviceable items
* Support maintenance operations to minimise equipment downtime
* Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise stock levels and expedite parts
* Maintain compliance with Chain of Responsibility and safety standards
* Perform warehouse tasks including forklift operation, freight handling, and packaging
About You
* Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management within a mining or heavy industry environment
* Strong knowledge of mobile/fixed plant components
* Proficiency in inventory systems (Coupa, Pronto) and MS Excel
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* Forklift ticket and mechanical trade qualifications (desirable)
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
