We’re working with a growing digital performance agency looking for a commercially minded Senior Client Lead to oversee a portfolio of established client relationships across performance marketing and digital strategy.
This is a senior client-facing role focused on growing partnerships, leading strategic conversations, and ensuring campaigns deliver meaningful business impact. You’ll work closely with channel specialists across paid media, search, data and digital activation, while supporting and developing a small client services team.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on understanding of digital performance marketing. The role would suit either an experienced Senior Account Director looking for broader commercial ownership, or someone already operating in a client leadership position within an agency environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Leading senior client relationships across a portfolio of retained accounts
✔ Driving strategic planning, growth conversations and performance reviews
✔ Translating marketing performance into clear commercial outcomes
✔ Collaborating with specialist teams across paid, organic and digital channels
✔ Supporting forecasting, commercial planning and account profitability
✔ Managing and mentoring junior client services team members
✔ Supporting pitches, proposals and wider agency growth initiatives
✔ Identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships and service offerings
What We’re Looking For
• Strong agency-side client leadership experience
• Background in performance marketing and digital media
• Comfortable managing complex stakeholder relationships
• Commercially aware with experience around forecasting and scoping
• Confident leading strategic conversations with senior clients
• Experience mentoring or managing team members
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach
