Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Service Technician based in Newtownabbey, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to customers, and maintaining IT systems and hardware. Additional duties involve training end-users, supporting software and hardware implementation, and ensuring IT systems function optimally across client businesses.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to effectively diagnose and resolve IT-related issues.
* Strong background in Information Technology, including knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware maintenance.
* Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach to communication and problem-solving.
* Experience or ability to provide effective end-user Training on various IT systems and tools.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent credentials) and prior experience in the IT field are highly valued.
