Job Description
3. Act as the main point of contact for overseas clients and global partners, delivering a high level of customer service
4. Manage day‑to‑day international customer communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses
5. Prepare and issue quotations, process material sales orders and raise order acknowledgements
6. Coordinate with internal teams to advise on stock availability, lead times and logistics
7. Arrange and track the dispatch of samples and marketing materials to international partners
8. Maintain accurate customer, order and sample records using internal systems
9. Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports and monitor customer purchasing trends
10. Support the Head of International Sales with partner engagement and new account development
11. Organise and participate in regular partner calls and meetings
12. Welcome and assist visiting international customers when required
13. Liaise with Marketing to communicate partner feedback and support international initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Services Coordinator should have:
14. Customer‑service‑oriented professional with experience in client services, sales support or customer coordination
15. Strong communicator, confident liaising with international clients and partners
16. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
17. Comfortable handling quotations, orders, samples and ongoing customer queries
18. Analytical mindset, able to support reporting and interpret basic sales data
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems advantageous
20. Proactive, reliable and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
21. Professional, adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
