Our long time Retail client are in the market for an Accounts Payable Officer - Hybrid to compliment their efficient finance team. Job Description
The Accounts Payable Officer - Hybrid will be responsible for:* Daily processing of invoices* Ensuring all invoices are raised accurately* Allocating of cash receipts* Issuing of statements* Investigating and resolving invoice queries* Payment runs* Chasing overdue debts* Creating and managing new suppliers* Supporting the Finance Manager* Month end support
The Successful Applicant
The Accounts Payable Officer - Hybrid will:Have previous experience in working in Accounts Payable or similar positionBe a confident communicator both written and verbalBe able to commute to CambridgeHave strong numeracy skillsBe IT LiterateHave high attention to detail
