About The Role Our Washington Wetland Centre is looking for a PR professional to support the team with creating and scheduling social media content and blog items for the website and app. The role will involve monitoring and responding to comments, questions and messages received. The role will also involve supporting the Centre Manager in the creation of press releases and maintaining the WWT Washington Wetland Centre app and uploading new content. This is a casual position where hours are offered on an ad hoc basis. Candidates will need to be willing to work some weekends, bank holidays and during the school holidays. About You You will have: experience of working with content management systems excellent written and verbal communications, with experience of writing content for various audiences demonstrable experience of online marketing including social media a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook About Us We’re WWT, and we’re on a mission to restore the super-powered ecosystems we call wetlands.
