We are supporting a growing digital marketing & data consultancy in Central London that is looking for an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee financial operations across their Google Marketing Platform (GMP) offering.
This is a hands-on contract role focused on improving billing accuracy, strengthening reselling operations, and optimising order-to-cash processes within a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of financial operations related to Google Marketing Platform licence reselling and managed services, ensuring robust controls, clean invoicing processes, and accurate revenue reconciliation.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end order-to-cash processes
* Overseeing GMP licence reselling and billing structures
* Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition
* Reconciliation of platform spend vs. client billing
* Improving financial reporting and operational controls
* Partnering with commercial and operations teams to streamline processes
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a FinOps Manager / Finance Operations Manager
* Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
* Experience in licence reselling, partner billing models, or media/platform billing
* Solid knowledge of invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue reconciliation
* Experience working in a digital marketing agency, media, SaaS, or tech-led environment
* Comfortable operating in a contract role with immediate impact
