Role Overview
As a Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests. You will perform remote troubleshooting and determine appropriate solutions based on information collected from customers. Excellent customer service and good IT technical skills are essential. You will accurately handle all calls with the goal of resolving issues at first contact, meeting service levels and customer satisfaction targets.
Work Pattern
The successful candidate will work a regular shift pattern, including out-of-hours support via an on-call rota, to ensure 24/7 support for NHIS-supported organizations, including bank holidays.
