Our client is recruiting for a Junior Brand Retail Manager to support the execution of multiple brand strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns with UK retailers. You'll act as a key liaison between internal teams, brand partners, and retailers to ensure brand consistency and commercial success.
Job Title: Junior Brand Manager (Retail)
Location: Bracknell
Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with brand retail plans including new product launches and point of sale marketing based on consumer market research
* Manage category product data, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all retail sites
* Help execute product promotions, in-store activations, and campaigns
* Coordinate social media, PR, and influencer campaigns with external agencies to support brand strategies
* Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and product launches
Skills and Experience
* Experience in a commercial or retail marketing role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Organised, proactive, and a team player
