Our fifth Pub with Rooms opened in Epping Forest in November, featuring a 150 cover dining room, bar seating for 95, a beautiful garden with over 100 covers, and 31 boutique bedrooms. We are seeking a very experienced General Manager to lead our newest location.
The Role
As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring high standards and excellent guest experiences. You will lead a large team, drive business growth, and uphold our commitment to seasonality and community engagement.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years GM experience
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage busy operations and large teams
* Commercial and financial acumen
* Proven track record in business growth, budget management, and staff retention
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Resilience under pressure during busy service times
