The Role
As our new Assistant Trading Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the trading strategy across all boohooMAN sites and apps globally. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you'll balance numbers with creativity - analysing data, spotting opportunities, and bringing campaigns to life. You'll also lead and mentor our trading executives, helping them grow while driving performance.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same - one moment you're deep-diving into analytics, the next you're shaping trading campaigns that land with impact.
What you'll be doing
* Driving trading performance across global markets to hit sales, conversion, and margin goals.
* Planning campaigns, promotions, and product pushes that make an impact.
* Owning the trading calendar, working closely with brand, marketing, and merchandising teams.
* Leading and supporting our trading executives, ensuring smooth delivery and clear priorities.
* Using analytics and reporting to make data-led decisions that boost performance.
* Enhancing the customer journey across site and app - testing, optimising, and innovating.
* Monitoring competitor activity and staying ahead of ecommerce trends.
* Pitching fresh ideas, testing new features, and delivering improvements that excite our customers.
What we're looking for
* 5+ years' experience in ecommerce trading (fashion retail a big plus).
* A proven track record of smashing commercial KPIs.
* Experience mentoring or managing a team.
* Strong analytical mindset with Excel, GA, and Power BI skills.
* Salesforce experience (a bonus but not essential).
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels.
* Organised, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
* A confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams.
