We’re opening a brand-new Poundstretcher store, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused team members to join us. Sales Assistants
If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a busy environment, and want a role where no two days are the same, this could be perfect for you.
Your role will include:
1. Providing excellent customer service with a smile
2. Keeping shelves stocked, tidy, and well-presented
3. Maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment
4. Working flexibly across different shifts
Contracts start from 4 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available. This is a fast-paced environment with great opportunities for progression as we continue to grow.
.Key Holders (16 hours per week + overtime)
As a Key Holder, you’ll be a vital part of the store’s management team - helping to lead colleagues, support the Store Manager, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is:
5. Driven, hardworking, and reliable
6. Experienced in a busy retail setting (discount retail is an advantage, but not essential)
7. Ready to take on responsibility and support with leadership tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
8. Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers
9. Driving sales and achieving KPIs
10. Supporting with recruitment, training, and motivating staff
11. Ensuring company standards are met and maintained
12. Overseeing health & safety for the store and colleagues
