Role Summary:
This is a long-term role designed for senior brokers who want more say in how they operate - from portfolio strategy and client relationships to business development and career progression. The structure allows you to lean into what you do best: advising high-value clients, strengthening relationships, and growing a respected book with the full support of skilled handlers and in-house claims professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a portfolio of established corporate clients: focus on service, strategy, and retention
* Deliver bespoke advice and negotiate complex renewals: build long-term partnerships
* Identify growth opportunities: develop new business in a way that fits your style
* Leverage strong insurer relationships: secure outstanding terms for your clients

Requirements:
* Experience managing commercial or corporate risks in a broking environment
* Solid cross-class technical knowledge
