Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
* The successful candidate will be mentored in the compilation of support inspections, reporting, and action tracking, while developing internal capability and succession for the future.
* The Trainee Compliance Advisor will report to the Head of Compliance.
* Direct involvement with Stakeholders and Subcontractors in developing and producing Project Specific Inspection Test Plans as part of the mentoring process.
* Assist with the creation of audit reports highlighting positive and negative findings and ensuring matters raised are concluded to the satisfaction of project requirements.
* Being flexible to travel throughout the UK and Ireland to support business requirements.
* Provide support to at tender presentations if required.
Qualifications
* What We’re Looking For
* Some experience in construction.
* Good communication and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with Site Teams, Subcontractors and other Departments when required.
* A hardworking attitude and willingness to develop new skills and contribute to the company’s values.
* Strong organisational skills to handle multiple deadlines and projects.
* Competency in using different IT software packages.
