Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Manchester
Hourly Rate: £13
Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, 2x 9-hour shifts per week, 18 hours total

We are seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver excellent service to residents and ensure the maintenance of our high standards of site and facilities upkeep.
Responsibilities include:
* Greeting and welcoming residents and guests with friendliness and vibrancy.
* Providing information and answering questions to enhance resident experience.
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety of communal areas during night shifts.
* Managing parcel storage and deliveries efficiently.
* Monitoring and reporting on building conditions and safety issues.
* Replenishing supplies and managing waste according to health & safety regulations.
* Responding to incidents and emergencies promptly.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced in delivering premium customer service.
* Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and safety in communal areas.
* Technologically savvy, capable of supporting various systems and software.
Personal Attributes:
* Adaptable, positive, and resilient with excellent communication skills.
* Capable of working in a multicultural environment and multi-lingual skills are a plus.
* Organized, calm under pressure, and flexible to work across a 24/7 operation.
