The Opportunity
Our client is an established domiciliary care provider now entering a major strategic growth phase. Following successful access to CHC frameworks, the business is moving into Supported Living developments with investment already secured for clustered bungalows across Hertfordshire.
Ignis Solutions have been exclusively retained to identify a Registered Manager capable of leading this transformation. You’ll take a stable, compliant home care service and realign it for 2026 expanding into Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, and Sensory Impairment care models.

The Role
You’ll lead operational delivery and drive service expansion, balancing quality assurance with commercial awareness.
This role requires someone who can think clinically, act strategically, and execute operationally.
Key Deliverables:

Oversee CQC compliance and governance across domiciliary and emerging supported living models
*
Develop and implement care pathways for LD, MH, Physical & Sensory needs
*
Integrate CHC and Local Authority commissioning frameworks
*
Support business planning for Hertfordshire clustered bungalow developments
*
Embed MCA/DoLS, Care Act, and Mental Health Act principles into daily practice
*
Lead staff development, structure redesign, and quality improvement cycles
*
Build commissioner confidence through evidence-based, outcome-led delivery
About You
*
Experienced Registered Manager or Multi-site Lead within domiciliary, CHC, or supported living
*
Deep understanding of CQC, governance, and commissioner expectations
*
Commercially astute with a track record in service transformation or expansion
*
Confident developing LD/MH care models and mixed-complexity provision
*
Strong communicator with both clinical and business awareness
*
Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) essential
