What you'll be doing:
* Owning Environmental Performance – Lead environmental compliance across the project, ensuring standards are consistently achieved while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Bringing Strategy to Life – Embed ISO 14001‑aligned systems and environmental controls into everyday site activity, making sure policies translate into practical actions.
* Driving Continuous Improvement – Carry out regular audits and inspections, tracking actions through to completion and helping raise environmental performance across the project.
* Acting as a Trusted Advisor – Provide practical environmental guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, supporting confident and informed decision‑making.
* Collaborating for Success – Work closely with internal teams and external bodies, including regulators, to support smooth project delivery and maintain full compliance.
Who they're looking for:
* Experienced & Knowledgeable – Previous experience in an environmental role within construction, civils or a similar environment, with a clear understanding of compliance requirements.
