About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team on a temporary basis in Crawley. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across residential properties, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a range of trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting.
* Complete both responsive repairs and planned maintenance works.
* Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
* Liaise professionally with tenants, colleagues, and supervisors.
* Accurately record work completed and report any additional issues.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in a similar maintenance role.
* Strong skills in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling).
* Full UK driving licence (if required for travel between sites).
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Own tools preferred.
* Competitive hourly rate of £21.40 CIS with a van and fuel card supplied.
