Your Role as Chef De Partie in Hunstanton Norfolk:
You’ll be a key part of our 6-person brigade. Your responsibilities will include:
4. Managing your section and keeping our food standards high.
5. Working with seasonal British ingredients and our nose-to-tail cooking style.
6. Helping with weekly butchery, daily caught fish, and all menu prep.
