ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting into IT this role will be in responsible for managing, liaising and delivering multiple ongoing technical projects with our main MSP and other technology providers. This involves ensuring they deliver IT Infrastructure projects to enable our rapid growth via Mergers and Acquisitions.
This is a brand-new role to join an organisation with ambitious growth plans.
Purpose of the role/key responsibilities:
Ensuring multiple project streams are managed and coordinated between IT, and our technology providers
Ensuring they deliver to our Enterprise Architecture, Data Management and Security standards
Manage the overall Integration Steams within IT and ensure timely reporting to the overall Integration programs run by the Integration Transformation Office ( ITO )
Work with our internal ITO to ensure these Infrastructure streams are coordinated and aligned with the overall Integration deliveries for each acquisition
Provide clear insight to senior stakeholders on delivery progress, benefits, and risk mitigations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Ensuring all technical Integration projects achieve ROI and are successfully implemented
Provide quality assurance and monitor performance of projects, escalate to senior management/members as required
Identify any project risks, escalate and manage stakeholders
Deliver project communications to a high standard
Experience & qualifications
Extensive experience in programme management within complex, multi-entity or transformation environments, with exposure to technology or data-led change.
Strong understanding of how data, digital systems, and technology enable transformation and value creation.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stream programmes involving technical and business dependencies.
Knowledge of data governance, systems integration, and digital delivery methodologies.
Experience in leading programs and multiple projects
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across business and IT leadership teams.
Financial and resource management experience, including supplier and vendor oversight.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and project management tools.
Flexible, pragmatic, and delivery-focused — able to balance structure with adaptability in a fast-scaling environment.
