Job Role The Business Intelligence (BI), Reporting & Data Administrator is responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring business reporting and analytics across operational departments, including Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. The role supports data accuracy, insight generation and continuous improvement of reporting processes within Sales Operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and manage reports, dashboards, analytics and other BI solutions. Work with internal departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data across all reports and dashboards. Monitor and resolve data issues to ensure reliable and accurate reporting. Support Sales Operations with data analysis, interpretation and insight generation. Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, datasets and reporting outputs. Provide training and support to colleagues using BI tools, dashboards and datasets. Identify and implement continuous improvements to reporting processes, automation and data workflows. Skills & Experience Essential Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI and Power Automate. Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Desirable Experience working within Sales Operations or a similar business environment. Knowledge of CRM systems and data integration workflows. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling techniques. Qualifications Experience within a data, BI or reporting-focused role. Relevant training or certification in data analytics, BI platforms or database technologies.
