Job Title: Property Solicitor

Salary: £40,000 £66,795.67 per year + Commission

Overview:
Were recruiting on behalf of a reputable and growing legal practice that is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in residential and/or commercial property law, looking to further their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of property matters, including residential and commercial transactions
* Handle sales, purchases, leases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
* Draft and review contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation
* Conduct due diligence, including title checks, local authority searches, and reviewing planning and environmental issues
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely progression of files
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of best practices within the property team
Skills & Experience Required:
* Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential and/or commercial property law
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and property legislation
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational and file management abilities
* Capable of managing a full caseload independently
* Proficient in Microsoft Office365 and legal case management systems such as LEAP
* Familiarity with digital dictation tools (e.g. Speechwrite) and legal research resources (e.g. PLC, precedent libraries)
