To be considered for either of these roles, candidates should demonstrate the following:
* A proactive approach to maintaining both your own equipment and the company’s
* Confidence in climbing and rigging, showcasing advanced experience
* A Full UK Driving License
* Relevant ground-based and tree climbing certifications
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage openly and honestly with both management and colleagues
* A solid understanding of arboriculture to ensure high-quality work is consistently completed

Preferred Skills
- Industry climbing experience in previous roles.
- Proven team Leader Experience, with the ability to organise, motivate and run a crew. (Team Leader roles only)
- Industry qualifications (CS30/31/38/39/41 or equivalent), NPTC, First Aid plus EFA+F, Chapter 8 etc.
- Driving licence (Pre 96 and B+E desirable)
- Hard working and have a positive work ethic

We have been established for over 30 years and carry out a wide range of tree-related works for domestic, commercial & public sector clients, and the National Trust across the South East. Our wide range of clients ensures a varied and interesting work schedule including, but not limited to; all aspects of tree surgery, tree and hedge planting, hedge trimming, and stump grinding.
