How will you make an impact?
As a brand ambassador for Montblanc in Bicester, you are responsible for welcoming clients to the boutique, introducing them to the heritage of our maison, and setting an exemplary standard of customer experience and performance. A key focus is CRM activity and cultivating a loyal client base for both the brand and boutique. It is vital to be proactive in nurturing genuine customer relationships and developing a successful client book.
KPIs and sales targets are of utmost importance. The ability to work both individually and as part of a team is crucial in achieving sales within a highly competitive retail environment. We seek passionate and curious individuals who reflect the Montblanc attitude and act as senior brand ambassadors daily. You will be expected to become an expert in your field and share this knowledge with clients and your team.
How will you experience success with us?
You will contribute to the smooth operation of our boutique and ensure a seamless customer journey. An authentic approach and strong communication skills are essential. We value proactive individuals who take initiative and can remain calm under pressure in busy environments. Experience dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds is important to support our internationally diverse customer base. A cooperative attitude and contribution to daily operations and projects are appreciated. Fluency in a second language is advantageous.
