MARKETING & NEW BUSINESS MANAGER

£30-£40k + benefits - depending on experience


We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & New Business Manager to join our team at Quiet Storm. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing the agency’s marketing initiatives to raise awareness, position us as thought leaders, and generate qualified leads for our new business team. As an agile company of around 30 people, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, and creatives to ensure our marketing efforts reflect the energy, ambition, and expertise of the agency.This is an opportunity to experience many sides of an agency and learn as you go, with plenty of room to grow and progress for someone who is motivated to succeed.


We’re looking for someone who has some experience and is results-driven to help develop our marketing strategy, build our brand presence, and drive high-quality leads into our new business pipeline. With proven experience across PR, content, social media along with being able to adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment and work under pressure. We are hoping to find someone with a high level of initiative, assertiveness skills and a positive attitude, who is good at achieving results without lots of supervision.

We’re looking for:

* 1-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing role, within an agency or creative environment is an advantage
* A strong copywriter and proofreader, with excellent communication skills across all formats with an eye for brand and tone
* Proven track record in B2B lead generation and growth marketing
* Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
* A creative thinker who’s not afraid to push boundaries or test new ideas
* A good understanding of the advertising industry and its dynamics is an advantage


Examples of the areas of work:

* Social media and marketing
* Support with developing press releases, supporting colleagues to write opinion pieces/ comments
* Support with preparing collateral and proposals for new business opportunities (with guidance)
* Creating a robust contact strategy and develop networks
* Event organisation
* Research tasks for clients and new business opportunities
* Coordination support on new biz opportunities, e.g. project/ resource management
* Identify market opportunities and target segments within the creative and production industries
* Support with our non-profit organisation - Create Not Hate
