We are seeking a highly organised Planner / Coordinator to join our team in Exeter, supporting water infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of repairs and maintenance activities. Coordinate resources, teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress against plans and highlight risks, delays, or dependencies. Liaise with project managers, operations teams, and clients to maintain alignment and ensure deadlines are met. Support reporting on project performance, including scheduling updates and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and water industry standards. Requirements: Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination within construction, utilities, or the water sector. Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent). Experience coordinating repairs, maintenance, or infrastructure projects. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Knowledge of water industry processes and regulations is highly desirable.
