Job Summary – Project Planner (Construction & HV Electrical)
A leading infrastructure organisation is seeking a Project Planner to support a major substation construction project. The role focuses on maintaining and analysing project schedules, providing regular progress updates, and collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, analyse, and update project programmes in Primavera P6.
* Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and schedule forecasts.
* Identify schedule risks, delays, and opportunities; support mitigation and recovery planning.
* Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project leadership teams to ensure accurate planning data.
* Support change management, earned value analysis, and reporting activities.
Required Experience:
* Proven planning experience in construction and HV electrical infrastructure projects.
* Strong proficiency in P6, including critical path analysis and progress updating.
* Ability to interpret technical information and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and reporting skills.
