What The Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping an organization\'s long-term vision and strategy by using data, research, and business analysis to find opportunities, optimise processes, and support decision-making. You will lead high-impact projects, provide strategic insights, and work closely with key partners to drive business success.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrable risk & compliance delivery experience with understanding of control environments, frameworks, and governance.
* Knowledge of anti-financial crime compliance and risk frameworks (Highly Desirable).
* Collaborate within project structures and with partners at all levels to drive outcomes, including facilitation of business interviews and workshops using proven techniques.
* Prepare feasibility studies, define minimal viable products (MVPs) and cost-benefit analyses (jointly with PM / Finance).
* Apply structured problem solving, data analytics, design thinking, lean process improvement; undertake process design and re-engineering to support performance excellence.
* Work with 3rd party suppliers to support system configuration, gather requirements, review specifications, and obtain SME sign-off.
* Use advanced data analysis to provide insights into business performance and volumes to prioritise initiatives within lines of business, processes and partnerships.
* Understand business processes and align with broader strategy; engage with partners to understand needs, constraints, and opportunities for effective process changes.
* Define success metrics and support mechanisms for supervising service lifecycles.
* Facilitate implementation of new strategies, systems, or processes with training and/or procedure documentation.
* Identify potential risks and issues related to requirements, changes or project lifecycle.
* Mentor and supervise multiple Business Analysts and ensure governance, policy and compliance adherence with partners.

* Critical thinker who can translate business problems into actionable activities; identifies root causes and performs analysis.
* Technical competency with understanding of analysis methodologies, development life cycles, and data-driven problem solving; proficient in MS Office and Visio.
* Adaptable: quickly learns business concepts and takes on additional responsibilities to ensure project success; seeks ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
