The Role
As a Graduate Sales Development Executive, you will join a dynamic sales team based in Harewood, Leeds, contributing to the company's growth across the EMEA region. Working closely with regional field teams, your focus will be on prospecting, account development, and supporting sales initiatives to drive success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct B2B sales development and prospecting via phone, social media, and email.
* Qualify marketing leads from trade shows, events, campaigns, etc.
* Gather and analyze sales intelligence to understand customer needs.
* Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities.
* Assist in marketing campaigns to boost attendance at events.
* Provide feedback to improve prospecting processes.
Skills and experience required:
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Effective time management, independence, and self-motivation.
* Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build client relationships via phone, email, and social media.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
