A successful property development business is looking to appoint a highly capable Executive Assistant to support its Managing Director. This is not a basic diary management role; it's an 8.30 am start and a 5.30 pm finish, 5 days in the office. It needs someone sharp, organised, discreet and confident. Someone who can keep pace with a busy senior leader, manage priorities before they become problems, and bring proper structure to a demanding working day. The right person will have excellent judgement, strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with senior people in a calm, professional and effective way. The role You will work closely with the Managing Director, providing high-level executive support across diary and inbox management, meetings, communication, prioritisation, follow-up actions, and day-to-day coordination. You will be trusted with confidential information and expected to deal professionally with internal colleagues, consultants, agents, solicitors, investors, landowners, contractors, tenants and other external contacts.
