Are you a Quality Inspector with background in heavy engineering or similar, looking for a days-based role, optional overtime and a bonus to increase your income?
Join a family-run business in Coalville, trading for over 40 years, that manufactures machinery for the mining, quarrying, and recycling industries. In this role, you'll ensure quality by inspecting components with advanced measuring equipment in a modern workshop.
In this role, you will inspect machined components, prepare inspection reports, perform goods-in, first-off, and in-process checks, all in accordance with the companies ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
This role would suit a Quality Inspector with a background in heavy engineering or similar, looking to join an established company that offers a full-time, permanent, days-based role with a bonus and company benefits.
THE ROLE:
Inspect first-off, in-process, and final machined components using Faro Arm and conventional measuring tools
* Produce inspection reports and maintain traceability in line with ISO 9001:2015
* Identify deviations and report non-conformances
* Assist with equipment calibration and support design/manufacturability discussions
* Full-time, permanent role based in Coalville (Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:30, occasional overtime)THE PERSON:
