Junior Account Coordinator

Customer Service Department
Are you organised, customer-focused, and ready to kick start your career in account coordination? We're looking for a Junior Account Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team, supporting customer service operations and helping deliver outstanding service to our clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Act as a key contact for customer queries and support.
* Prepare and manage orders, artwork requests, and production instructions.
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Monitor customer stock levels and coordinate vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
* Support reception duties and general admin tasks.
* Produce reports, manage invoicing, and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with new product development briefs and customer launches.
* Recommend process improvements and contribute to team KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous experience in customer service or account coordination is a plus.
