Recruiting for a well-established chartered accountants based in Wigan, who due to continued expansion throughout the business are now looking to hire on a permanent full-time basis for an experiencepliance Administrator. Standard working pattern for this position is fully office-based Monday to Friday working hours. With full flexibility on starting and finishing times between the hours of 8am and 6pm, 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm. What the role will entailAspliance Administrator you will be working as part of an administration team and will be expected to work proactively managing your own tasks, as well as collaborating with others andmunicating regularly with managers, senior managers, directors and partners to ensure the efficient.
1. Onboarding process of new clients
2. Manage letters of engagement process
3. Assist administration team with ad-hoc tasks
4. Reception cover when required (daily lunch cover and holiday cover) AML
5. Implement and maintain effectivepliance administration
6. Shape internal policies and procedures to ensurepliance with legal and statutory requirements
7. Collaborate with internal teams to assess risk
8. Conductpliance audits and cold file reviews
9. Handle and report suspicious activity
10. Assist with regulatory inspections and external assessments Letters of Engagement
11. Review engagement letters forpleteness
To be successfulTo be considered for this position you should ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
13. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills
15. High attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
16. Be a proactive member of the team
17. Knowledge of CreditSafe and DocuSign is desirable
