Job Description:
Overview
This role will be key in enhancing MAF UK’s digital services, leveraging AI and new technology to position the organization as a market leader. The IT Support and Development Officer will support the new Operational Framework, combining IT support with software development, including working with Power Platform, Dynamics D365, and web services integration.
The role involves supporting the IT team, promoting technological improvements, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate should embody MAF’s values and be committed to delivering excellent service aligned with the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities
IT Support
* Provide IT support, especially in Folkestone, and assist in technical meetings and training.
* Support integration work with other MAF organizations and handle tasks assigned by the leadership.
IT Development
* Investigate and promote AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
* Ensure technology adoption aligns with the new Operational Framework.
* Maintain website security and functionality, monitor APIs, and support web services.
* Ensure compliance with data protection laws and support partner organizations.
Dynamics D365 and Power Platform Support
* Support D365 administration and develop solutions.
* Create and monitor Power Platform flows and apps.
* Manage relationships with integration partners and stay updated on platform developments.
Additional Responsibilities
* Model organizational values, participate in team activities, and ensure compliance with policies.
Location: Initially based in Folkestone, with potential to move to Oxford/Cambridge and flexible/hybrid working options.
Working Hours: Minimum 36 hours/week, with flexibility for additional hours, travel, and unsocial hours.

Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in IT or related field, or relevant experience.
* Experience with Dynamics D365, Power Platform, AI, and IT management.
* Strong communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
