Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care & Supported Living
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead domiciliary care and supported living services across Co. Fermanagh & Co. Derry / Londonderry. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take the next step in their management career.
Position Details:
* Role: Registered Manager
* Service: Domiciliary Care & Supported Living
* Location: Co. Fermanagh & Co. Derry / Londonderry
* Contract: Full-time (40 hrs per week)
* Salary: £15.00 per hour + travel allowance
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years’ experience in a care setting
* Previous Senior Support Worker or line management experience
* Strong knowledge of RQIA frameworks and compliance
* Excellent organisational, IT, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support staff in delivering high-quality domiciliary care and supported living services
* Ensure compliance with RQIA standards, regulations, and legislation
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, social services, and stakeholders
* Inspire and develop care teams to provide person-centred, professional support
* Promote independence, dignity, and respect for service users at all times
