An exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Database Manager to join a leading professional services firm. Based ideally in Birmingham, with flexibility across 10 UK offices and hybrid working. This permanent role supports business development by managing knowledge tools and databases, coordinating bid content, and acting as a central point of contact for company information. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and analyse business development databases Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, high-quality bid content Support bid submissions and manage AI-driven response tools Identify trends and update knowledge systems accordingly Requirements: Experience in bids or knowledge management Bid Coordinators or Tender Assistants looking to take the next step will also be considered.
