With over 150 properties and more under development, we are known for providing quality homes for tenants, care providers, and leaseholders at competitive rental prices.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-focused Tenancy Manager with excellent administrative skills to support our busy property team. While experience in property or lettings is a bonus, it’s not essential as we value strong organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to keep on top of multiple priorities. We will train the right person.
What you’ll do
* Support the tenancy journey from liaising with marketing agents to move-ins, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processes
* Manage tenancy administration, record-keeping, and compliance checks
* Be the main point of contact for tenant and agent enquiries
* Prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation
* Coordinate with letting agents, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Provide general administrative support to the property team
What we’re looking for
* Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Professional, personable, and able to work well in a small, busy team
* Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
Nice to have
* Previous experience in property, lettings, or tenancy administration
* Understanding of residential maintenance
