Showcasing a specially curated menu of exemplary dishes, artisanal and seasonal produce, the new menu is in keeping with The Hotel's ethos of serving traditional and authentic dishes in a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere. My client is looking for someone who can lead a team (17 chefs in total, 5 KPs) and support their Head Chef with running a busy kitchen operation. Ensure consistency and quality in every dish Oversees and supervises the kitchen staff. Leads the kitchen team in Head chef's absence. Assists with menu planning, inventory, and supply management Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
