You’ll be part of a close-knit team that plays a pivotal role in managing and resolving complex commercial insurance claims for a wide-ranging client base. The Role: Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Working closely with internal teams and external partners to facilitate efficient claims handling. Analysing claims data to identify trends, mitigate risk, and support strategic improvements. Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers. Attending client sites when necessary to investigate claims and support swift settlements. Negotiating with insurers to secure favourable outcomes in line with policy terms. Your Experience: Solid experience in handling commercial insurance claims, ideally within a brokerage environment. Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policy coverage, and claims procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) required; A-levels and/or CII/CILA qualifications desirable.
