We are working with a leading international law firm in London to recruit a Risk Analyst to join their growing Risk & Compliance team in London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the firm’s risk strategy, working on a broad range of matters that directly support the business and its internal stakeholders. The firm is seeking an individual with a solid foundation in risk and compliance, ideally with experience working in a legal or professional services environment. A good working knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct and other relevant regulatory frameworks is required, along with at least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
The responsibilities will include:
1. Advising internal clients on risk queries relating to regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and anti-bribery matters
2. Reviewing and advising on client terms and engagement letters in collaboration with Contract Lawyers
3. Assisting in resolving complex conflicts in partnership with senior management
