As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store. You will help maximise sales and profit and ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service so that your store is the best in town for customers and for colleagues.

Responsibilities
* As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store, and you will have responsibilities along with the chance to develop and learn with an experienced store manager by your side.
* Be well organised with great communication skills and ready to learn how to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your store\'s targets.
* Maximise sales and profit and ensure the very highest standards of presentation and customer services.
Qualifications / Experience
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is helpful; ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Regarding safeguarding: as part of Barnardo\'s ongoing commitment to safeguarding, successful candidates are asked to consent to a Basic criminal records check.
* There is an expectation of team collaboration and the ability to work with a manager to support store goals.
