Salary/Grade: £35,000 - £38,000 dependant on skills and
experiences + bonus + health + bens

Are you someone who loves the craft of email marketing, deploying, optimising, problem-solving and can bring energy, curiosity, and initiative to a fast-moving CRM team?
Whitbread Restaurants is home to some of the UK's most-loved dining brands, and we're looking for a CRM Executive to support our trade plans ensuring deployment of emails successfully, across four of our major restaurant brands, and be on hand to support our agency across our remaining brands. With 3.3 million active customers, your work will have genuine scale and impact from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
In this hands-on role, you'll support our CRM Developer with the ownership and day-to-day operation of our Adobe Campaign (Classic) platform, though experience with other ESPs like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is absolutely fine.
You Will
Build our workflows, test and deploy weekly email campaigns
Proof, troubleshoot and refine email creative
Support personalised content, offer codes and segmentation
Collaborate across Marketing, Data, Operations and agencies‑and‑learn activity and CRM insights
Help optimise our customer journeys and triggered communications
Monitor deliverability performance and uphold best practice
Support reporting, test-and-learn activity and CRM insights
Work within a tight, efficient critical path, keeping everything organised and on track – being agile to respond to trading needs
You'll join a supportive, well-structured CRM team of five, known for being organised, collaborative and always looking for ways to get more from our tools, data, and customer understanding.
There's scope to own and deliver individual projects to help advance our abilities and efficiencies and remain competitive.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in email marketing within a medium or large company, with an understanding of complex cross-functional workflows‑functional workflows
Confident using an ESP (Adobe Campaign experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
Can support us deliver our test & learn plan
Curious, proactive and able to find solutions independently
Comfortable working with data, segmentation and basic reporting
Meticulous with proofing and detail
Organised, adaptable and calm under pressure
A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
Familiar with email previews/builders (e.g., Litmus), allowing us to use our CRM framework to deliver new campaigns on request
Comfortable with basic HTML/SQL (advantageous, not essential)
