EBC is delighted to be partnering with a global leader in hospitality technology to find a Business Development Manager who can identify and cultivate new business opportunities with a key focus on the French market. The role will be based in their UK office (European HQ) in Berkshire.

The Opportunity
As Business Development Manager you’ll play a pivotal role in developing the company’s presence across Europe. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers across hotels, restaurants, resorts, spas and related industries to identify needs and showcase how cutting-edge technology can transform their operations.
Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams across multiple regions, you’ll manage the early stages of the sales cycle from researching and engaging prospects through to presenting tailored solutions and negotiating deals.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline
* Convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and value-based selling.
* Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and close.
* Collaborate with internal teams across sales engineering, product management, and implementation to ensure seamless client success.
* Engage senior stakeholders within hotels, restaurants, and hospitality groups to understand their business goals.
* Provide actionable insights and competitive intelligence to influence product strategy.
* Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.
* Partner with marketing to refine campaigns, messaging, and lead-generation strategies.
Essential Experience
* Fluent in French (spoken and written) and able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* 5+ years of software sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or enterprise SaaS sectors.
* Proven success in outbound prospecting and closing new business.
* Skilled in consultative, value-based selling and confident presenting to senior decision-makers.
* Technically adept, with the ability to conduct professional product demonstrations.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
Desirable Experience
* Background in the hospitality industry
* Familiarity with Salesforce.
