Newly Qualified Solicitor – Employment
Location: Chester I Altrincham I Shrewsbury | Full Time
Our client is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor (up to 3 years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded Employment team, based in one of their offices (can be flexible on location)
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded solicitor to develop their career within a Legal 500-ranked team. The successful candidate will predominantly support the wider Employment team while also managing their own caseload.
You will have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law, acting for both respondents and claimants. A strong commercial approach, the ability to work effectively to deadlines, and excellent file management and client care skills are essential.
They're looking for someone who:
* Has up to 3 years’ PQE in employment law
* Has experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters
* Is confident managing their own caseload
* Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Is comfortable working to tight deadlines
* Provides outstanding client service
* Has strong communication skills and builds client relationships with ease
* Is keen to contribute to marketing and business development activities, including networking and social events
