Overview
Priory Hospital Arnold is an inpatient acute and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) that cares for males and females struggling with a wide range of mental health conditions. The role is part‑time, 30 hours per week, site based, and involves working in the new Forensic Low Secure Ward alongside existing Acute and PICU wards.
What you'll be doing
As an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist you will work with dynamic multidisciplinary teams to carry out holistic OT assessments and interventions, supporting patient care planning and delivery. You will provide professional and clinical supervision of Occupational Therapy support staff, ensuring safe working practices. You will link with the wider Priory OT network, collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑quality services, and engage in continual professional development. Additionally, you may provide student placements and support students from other disciplines, and liaise with community agencies.
