This role supports people who draw on care and support to be able to live their lives. This may involve aspects of personal care, support with everyday life or supporting them to live independently within a supported living environment.
Reports to: Team Leader, Service Manager, Deputy Manager, Team Manager, Registered Manager
To support the Registered Manager in meeting the aims and objectives of the organisation and the Fundamental Standards as outlined in the Health and Social Care Act 2008. To actively participate, as part of a team, in providing the highest quality, person centred care and support that promotes and upholds the emotional and physical wellbeing of every person.
